CLM is a collaborative initiative by CrosswayBible Church in San Antonio and Redemption Bible Church in New Braunfels. Our mission is to equip and empower emerging church leaders, church planters, worship leaders, and soul care leaders through comprehensive training and support.

Who are the instructors?

Our instructor is Kent Shaw with the support of pastors Josh de Koning and Blair Cushman. They bring a wealth of experience in church planting, worship ministry, and soul care, and are dedicated to mentoring and guiding the next generation of church leaders.

Is there a cost to join the training programs?
